I made this dress in collaboration with my partner Cameryn Kaman for her photo series “DOE”. I went for a peasant/salem witch vibe with the general silhouette. I added in some items of southern charm to nod to DOE’s themes, such as pieces of bandanas, a flannel button down and a scarf with a print reading “I Love Jesus” all mixed into the layering of the skirt. Selections from DOE are on display at the LA Artcore.
