DOE

I made this dress in collaboration with my partner Cameryn Kaman for thier photo series “DOE”. I went for a peasant/salem witch vibe with the general silhouette. I added in some items of southern charm to nod to DOE’s themes, such as pieces of bandanas, a flannel button down and a scarf with a print reading “I Love Jesus” all mixed into the layering of the skirt. Selections from DOE were on display at the LA Artcore. I am currently in collaboration with Cameryn again making costumes for a short horror film inspired by these works.
